Shure Headphones Question.?
I just got a pair of SHURE E2C headphones and I thought they sounded great at first. I then started to notice that on the right side speaker I could hear the vocals louder than on the left side. Is this normal? I know that the Shure’s are supposed to be good at seperating sounds and let you listen to what the artist truly intendo, so im not sure. I use a 30 gig Ipod with apple lossless with either no EQ or on Rock EQ. I use my Bose IE headphones and the sound is equal on both sounds but then again they have a muddier sound than the shures. Plaese Help, thanks.
Shure E4c Vs. Ultimate Ears Super Fi.5 Pro?
Hey guys, I’m in a dilemna here. I’ve finally decided to get rid of my Bose Triport Headphones and am looking to step up to something smaller and better. I’ve been looking at the Shure E4C’s and the Ultimate Ears Super FI.5 Pro’s as well as the bass version of the Ultimate Ears. I’m really looking to spend about $200. I listen to alot of Ryan Adams, the Wallflowers, Dave Matthews, alt country stuff, but I also like Incubus, Chevelle, Tool, and Metallica. I like bass, but I don’t want to sacrifice mids and highs for it. Which one do you think I should get in terms of sound quality? Thanks for the advice! P.S. Accuracy is more important to me than comfort.
Will The Shure Se 110 Or Se 210 Filter Out Wind Noise On A Motorcycle?
First of all I want to clarify…I am not concerned about the legal or safety issues of wearing sound isolating headphones. I don’t wear them in town and I am doubtful about how unsafe it is, when riding at speed the wind is so loud that I can’t hear my bike or my wife yelling, and my bike is very loud(V&H BS Staggered w/thundermonster baffles).
If I was concerned with safety or legal issues I wouldn’t wear a half helmet that is not D.O.T. approved. Also, on long rides I often wear headphones or ear plugs to protect my ears. I quit wearing the Sony sound isolating headphones that I had because they did not reduce wind noise and I had to turn the volume up very loud to compensate.
So the question is this, will the Shure SE110 or SE 210 filter out wind noise at highway speeds while using a half helmet?

hi, i have just got my Shure EC2 heaphones and i have tried all the buds abd bud sizes but they just keep falling out of my ear or when they to fit they do not stay deep into my ear so the sound sounds like you have got the headphones and just held them up to your ears, not put them in your ear . as i payed £45 for them i would love to know how to fit them in my ear the right way. please help me

I am looking into buying a very nice pair of headphones and have come to either the Shure SE530’s or the Sennheiser IE8’s. Which model would be better overall in quality (sound, build, bass, richness ect) i know with the ie8 you have to burn them in a bit and i am ok with that, but which would be a better buy for me?? i am upgrading from shure e3c earphones. Some music i listen to for example is (muse, sigur ros, lifehouse, the killers ect) very diverse in collection… please help me to choose or let me know if there is an even better earphone than these two? price is unimportant here, i just need some advice and guidance,

hi. currently, i am looking for a pair of durable in-ear sound-isolating earphones between $20 and $60. i listen to rock music, and like headphones with a good amount of bass (but not too much and overpowering) and clear mid and treble. my iriver mp3 player has a custom EQ, so i can tweak the sounds. i have narrowed my choices to the shure e2g and v-moda bass freq. which one should i get, or is there a better option? thanks
