Shure Or Bose Or Any Other?

alright i need some new headphones.
i was going to get some Bose headphones, but i have read somewhere that the Shure Se110 headphones are ALOT better. Is it really that much of a hype? Is it really that much better?
so what should i buy the bose in ear headphones or the Shure Se110’s? or any other headphones that are better than that but in the 100 dollar range?

Earbuds? Shure, Etymotics, Bose,?

Does anyone know or have an opinion as to what earbuds would be the best. I’m looking at the new Bose in ear headphones, Shure E2C’s, or the Etymotics 6-isolator earbuds. I’m worried that the Bose are going to be muffled and have extreme bass, but trust the name. The Etymotics have very high ratings and are supposed to be very good but i am concerned about not having enough bass. I would primarily be listening to rock, indie rock, emo, and a little hip-hop. I’d really appreciate any comments, advice, or opinions as i’m at a stand-still and really don’t want to be disappointed. Thanks a lot

Lately i’ve been saving some money to get a nice or even the best head/earphones I could find. Now I can’t decide between these 3, all expensive but the sony and bose is noise canceling, while the Shure is sound isolating. Sony is over the ear, Bose is on-ear, Shure is in-ear. PLEASE HELP!
